Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Education Consultant role. The Senior Education Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients seeking to study abroad and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role will involve liaising with various universities and accomplishing responsibilities including but not limited to advising students on their options, coordinating with various departments, follow-ups and processing visas.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting & counseling
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling or any other related field.
- Any related certification would be a plus
